MEET
Prior to founding GaP, Matt and Bret built several privately-held businesses from the ground up. They included a nationally acclaimed Commercial Glazing business and several Environmental Service businesses that centered around safe and efficient materials handling coordination and logistics. They were successful at acquiring competing and vendor businesses to grow their footprint, add geographies, and extend the reach and profitability of those companies. Once they decided to sell those businesses, two were sold to Private Equity buyers and two were sold to Publicly Traded Companies. These were all separate confidential transactions where emphasis on continuity for employees, vendors, and customers were the hallmarks of the agreement.
